Epicenter NYC is an award-winning local news and community organization that connects people to news, life-changing information and each other, and creates meaningful connections and experiences. Epicenter’s work spans journalism, storytelling and on-the-ground community engagement across video, audio, newsletters and live experiences. We spotlight artists, small businesses and entrepreneurs; feature film festivals, art exhibits and things to do; and cover the issues that impact people’s everyday lives including health, housing, childcare and education, immigration, etc. We engage and serve communities of color and immigrants across New York City, reaching 200K+ organically across platforms.
